Prices and Services

If you have one or more properties in mind, I will contact the sellers, plan and organise the viewings.

Viewings are subject to a fee. I will make you an offer based on the time and effort involved. 

I not only translate in person, if you have found a property where you do not wish to be accompanied but need an translator, I will also accompany you via telephone or video call. 

Accompaniment and viewings are always invoiced after the service has been provided.

Residence card, vehicle re-registration, provider

We are happy to help you with the administrative work associated with immigration.

We charge 34,000ft for your residence card and 15,000ft for each additional card. 

Costs for the re-registration of a vehicle are calculated on a time and material basis, with sufficient lead time and scheduling, two appointments are required for re-registration.

If you use our service for the registration or re-registration of utilities such as gas, water, electricity etc., 9700ft per hour or part thereof, plus a travelling fee.

The KM flat rate is 200ft/km.

Third party purchase administration

Have you found a property and would like to handle it reliably in two languages?

We also handle third-party purchases between private individuals. For this we charge 1.5 % of the purchase price. Administration and interpreting are included. 

If written translations are required to finalise the purchase, which are not included in the legal fees, a fee of 50,000ft will be charged for the preparation of the contract documents. 

For journeys outside my radius, the kilometre flat rate applies. 

We cannot handle third-party purchases where another estate agency is involved as an intermediary.
